This machine is simple to maintain. We suggest that you clean the dust bag once a week, on average, and check the hammer knives periodically.

2. What is it like to operate this machine?
Using the FRP Grinder is simple. You simply turn it on and start putting in the material you wish to reuse.

3. How long of a duration can the FRP Grinder be used?
Our machine can continually used for exceedingly long times. The longest period of time we have run our machine was for eight (8) hours straight per day for a week. We have had our FRP Grinder for 12 years and it is still in actively used.

4. Will you also make customized machines?
Yes, we will design, prototype and fabricated for our customers needs. Generally there is only a need for different throat (feed openings) and screen configurations for our FRP Grinders.

5. What are the available voltages?
We can configure for 3 phase 240V, 380V, or 460V.

6. What are the available screen sizes?
