Seawolf Design, Inc. offers mold design, prototyping and construction services for any size mold according to your specifications. We have vast experience in the design and construction of high production molds, and specialize in complicated deep draw molds. For example, tubs and showers can easily be converted from left to right or vice versa. Due to the modular design of our thermoformers each mold can produce several variances. We are also experienced in aluminum thermoforming molds.

Mold Making Materials

Our proprietary high-heat thermoform mold-making materials AL-Tool™ and T-Lam™ resist temperatures to 600° F and produce the most durable molds possible. Not only do we incorporate AL-Tool™ and T-Lam™ into the molds we manufacture, we also offer these materials in one and five gallon bags for your internal mold production.

AL-Tool™

• Highly effective additive for high-heat ISO tooling laminating resins.
• Formulated for excellent air release, easy wet-out and improved structural strength.
• Long tool life even when incorporated in chopped strand application without loss of quality.
• Cost on large parts is reduced due to less labor and construction time.
• Contains no wax, sanding is not required.

T-Lam™

• Thixotropic dry mixed compound.
• Designed to be mixed with a high quality ISO or Vinyl Ester tooling resin.
• Optimizes heat, fatigue and distortion resistance of vacuum forming tooling surfaces.
• Minimizes print through.
